Ambassador Program Terms of Service

WILDSCRUFF BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to WildScruff.

AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing.

Becoming an ambassador, does not establish any legal or financial relationship with WildScruff. We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s position at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

PERSONAL CODE USAGE

As an ambassador we provide a personalized code for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase. This code is not to be shared on public coupon/discount websites such as honey, retailmenot.com, couponsock.com and others alike.

We are looking for people who understand the importance of living a pet-conscious lifestyle with a great appreciation for everyday adventures with our dogs - explore the outdoors, connect and share these stories. By becoming a WildScruff Brand Ambassador, you will be representing a company embodied by products that are designed with meaning and purpose to make it easier than ever to go on adventures with the one companion we always want by our side.

We want our ambassadors to proudly represent our brand, lifestyle and morals. If you are adventurous, driven, and share our brand morals, then you are the perfect person (dog) for this endeavor!

We ask our ambassadors to:

  1. Reach out to friends, family and acquaintances via social media/word of mouth to educate them on our brand & lifestyle.
  2. Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.), giveaways & events.
  3. Post on social media promoting and tagging @WildScruff (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.).
  4. Submit a biography as well as a photo of yourself wearing your WildScruff gears. We will publish this on the Brand Ambassador page on our website. Each ambassador will have their own personal profile, which can be shared for all promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your profile appearing on our website, simply reach out to us and we will take it down by request.
  5. Recruit new, like-minded ambassadors to join the WildScruff Brand Ambassador team.
  6. Help drive traffic to www.WildScruff.com (our website) through the use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.

By signing up and submitting our e-contract, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or have received consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so prior to submission.

COMPENSATION

As an Ambassador, you will begin with a 15% personal discount code using your unique referral code. You are also given a Referral Code for Friends/Family to be shared on your social media account. With this code you will earn points with every referral (1 referral = 1 pointst). 5 points = $20, 10 points = $50, and 25 points = $125 credit to use on www.wildscruff.com 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE U.S.

We accept brand ambassadors located all over the world and we routinely ship out product as it is earned per the tier rewards listed below, free of charge (product cost and shipping). That said, WildScruff is not responsible for any customs related fees associated with shipping outside of the United States and Canada. We understand this may be an inconvenience, but it is a variable that we have no control over. If you are located outside of the United States or Canada and would like to know more information about customs fees, please contact your local customs office.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

As a Brand Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing.

RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH WILDSCRUFF NAME/PRODUCTS/GEAR*:

o          X-rated and promote sexually explicit materials

o          Promoting violence and/or drug use

o          Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age

o          Promoting illegal or questionable activities

o          Violating intellectual property rights

*Not following any of the above terms will lead to immediate code deactivation and removal from the WildScruff ambassador program, followed by a permanent block.
